Are you a trading company or a factory?
We are XianHaoKang Technology company, a professional manufacturer specializing in the integrated R&D, production and sales of massage devices. Everything from ID design and structural design to circuit debugging and aging testing is completed independently by our team. You are dealing directly with the original factory, not a trading company or middleman.
What is the MOQ?
As a manufacturer, we can provide flexible MOQ based on in-stock items and the level of customization. For regular standard models: we support small batch orders (please contact us to confirm the specific quantity).
OEM/ODM customized: MOQ is determined based on requirements for appearance, functions and packaging. We are also willing to support start-up brands and small-batch distributors, not limited to large orders.
Does the product meet the certification requirements of our country?
Yes. Our products are manufactured in strict accordance with the quality control system, and relevant certifications are available, including: CE / RoHS / FCC (applicable to the European Union and North American markets) Other certifications can be provided upon request, such as FDA registration support, ETL, etc. Please inform us of your target market in your inquiry, and we will confirm compliance before order placement.
How to ensure stable product quality?
We implement strict quality control throughout the entire production process: Full inspection of incoming materials, zero acceptance of defective parts,Routine inspection on the production line with 18 inspection points during manufacturing,Finished products are sampled for inspection per the AQL 1.5 standard,before shipment We can provide pre-shipment inspection reports, and third-party inspections are welcome.
What are the payment method and the deposit percentage?
We accept: T/T , 30% deposit, and the remaining 70% to be paid before shipment. For long-term partners or regular customers, we can negotiate more flexible payment method.
What are the arrangements for transportation and delivery lead time?
Sample orders: Shipped within 3–7 working days after payment.
Bulk orders: Normally 15–30 days, depending on quantity and customization. We support various trade terms including:EXW / FOB / CIF / DDP.
Shipping methods can be chosen as required: by sea, by air, or express (DHL, UPS, FedEx).
